Micro Wedding
Service Description
Micro Wedding Package: Includes pre-written vows and ring exchange by the officiant for up to 50 guests in a fully decorated wedding chapel. Enjoy 1 hour in the bridal suite before your ceremony and 2 hours in the chapel. A wedding coordination is provided. Music can be played via Bluetooth speaker, and wedding rentals such as ring pillows, flower baskets, bouquets, and a unity candle are included. Cake-cutting ceremony features a 3-tier faux cake with a real slice for the couple to cut (not for sharing with guests), or you may bring your own cake (up to 8"). Toasting ceremony includes personalized champagne flutes with time for guests to share a few words beforehand. Package also includes custom color chair sashes and décor, a personalized guest signature frame, wedding favors, and a photobooth with up to 30 4×6 prints plus unlimited digital copies via website. Additionally, enjoy a picture slideshow of the couple, complimentary digital invitations, and a complimentary dessert bar. NOTE: Sales tax applies to physical items included in this package, which will be calculated and shown separately on your invoice. A $100 refundable damage/fee deposit will also be added and returned after the ceremony if no damages occur.
Booking Policy
Payment & Deposit Details: Non-refundable 50% deposit required at booking to secure your date and time. Final non-refundable payment due 90 days after deposit. If your ceremony is within 90 days, full payment is due at booking. A refundable $100 damage deposit will be added to your invoice. Cancellation All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to diamondweddingchapel@gmail.com. Verbal or text cancellations are not accepted. If the final payment is not received by the due date, your scheduled ceremony will be automatically removed from our calendar. Your original non-refundable deposit will not apply to a future date. If you need additional time to complete your payment, please contact our staff to discuss options rather than forfeiting your deposit. If the couple is a “no show” on the scheduled date without prior communication, the final payment will be forfeited unless there is proof of a major disaster or unforeseen circumstance (hospitalization, death, etc.). If DWC accepts the reason, the ceremony may be rescheduled or refunded, depending on the situation. Rescheduling To reschedule a ceremony, written notice must be sent via email at least 28 days before the original date. We will attempt to reschedule within 90 days based on availability, but no alternative date is guaranteed. The paid security deposit plus a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied to the new date. Once confirmed, DWC will send an updated invoice and confirmation. If notice is given less than 28 days before the ceremony, the final payment plus $25 rescheduling fee is due before rescheduling and is non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseen emergencies such as hospitalization or military obligations, where DWC staff may waive the non-refundable payment at their discretion. For safety, DWC reserves the right to reschedule if local authorities advise against travel due to hazardous weather. Personalized items will not be remade without a fee if rescheduling occurs within 14 days. Officiant Changes: Requests to switch from your own officiant to a DWC-contracted officiant must be submitted at least 14 days prior. While we will make every effort to accommodate, this is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. Downgrades: Once payment is received, downgrades are not allowed.
